Thanks to the activity tab you can follow the impact of your activity on visitors satisfaction and track the evolution of your turnover directly from your ibbü platform.
You can access your weekly or monthly data. Don't be surprised, sales statistics are not in real time but appear with a 1.5h lag.
Satisfaction statistics are the weekly or monthly global average satisfaction of visitors over a selected period of time.
At the end of a conversation, before the window is closed, visitors can answer a satisfaction survey. Of course it's up to them to answer it!
If they want to, they can grade the conversation on 3 levels.
Greetings: Did they feel heard and supported?
Response time: Did they have to wait for their answers?
Quality of answers: Were their problems solved?
It always feels good to receive a good grade! Yet, don't be disappointed if a visitor doesn't give you the grade you expected.
A satisfaction survey is always subjective. For instance, two visitors will not feel the same way about waiting. One will not stand to wait for 5 seconds while another one will understand why it might be a while before they get an answer. Visitors may be demanding, especially on the Internet: often they are sitting in front of their screens, they don't like waiting and they hate not finding what they are looking for!
Even if answering as quickly as possible and getting the best grade is part of the game, don't pressure yourself! Chatting and sharing your expertise must be enjoyable for you!
