As soon as your application for an assignment has been accepted, you will be notified by email. At this point, you need to complete two steps before you can start chatting:
- Fill in your administrative documents. The documents that need to be provided depend on the country you depend on. Please contact our teams for more information.
- Take a training course related to the activity of an expert and the specificities of the mission through a short self-training module. In this module, you will be introduced to the application, its operation, the administrative steps to be taken to become an expert, the charters for using the Community panel and the collaborative space, as well as the specificities of the mission. This short training will also allow you to familiarize yourself with the commercial practices of the brand concerned.
As soon as these two steps are completed, your file is complete. We will therefore send you your login details to connect you to the application as soon as the mission is started.
