In some cases, it is possible that the page visited by the visitor is not properly replicated on your
panel, leaving a completely blank background.⚠ By default, the mirroring is deactivated. It must be activated by clicking on the arrow on the top left of the conversation panel
If after activation, mirroring does not work properly, here are the main reasons for this :
The browser used by the visitor is obsolete
Some browsers do not support the technologies used by ibbü to allow the reproduction of the visitor's page.
When we detect an incompatible browser, then we voluntarily disable the mirroring function and display the message "The browser version used by the visitor is too old to allow us to display the content of his page.
Here are the browsers concerned at the moment:
Version prior to Internet Explorer 10
Version prior to Safari 7
Version prior to Android 4.4 (mobile)
If the web browser you are using within the console is Internet Explorer 8 (or lower), the replication time of the visitor's page is considerably longer.

Poor Internet connection
If you have an unstable or slow Internet connection (< ADSL or shared by a large number of users), the loading time required to replicate the visitor's page will be even longer.
The website does not allow us to replicate the pages visited by the visitor
The replication of the visitor's page depends on the website of the brand.
If the website site does not comply with certain conditions, we try to replicate the HTML structure but it is possible that some elements cannot be replicated.
It is also possible that the weight of the page visited by the visitor prevents the page from being reproduced or that the loading time is very long.
You are using a proxy or firewall
If so, you'll have to modify some network settings (opening ports, iAdvize domain, changing the timeout of your proxy).
