After 60 seconds, if the connection is still failing, the following message appears: "We have detected disturbances on your session. The experience on your iAdvize discussion panel may be deteriorated. We invite you to log out and log back in."

Even if your Internet connection seems stable, your discussion panel might experience some micro-cuts. It is related to the slightly higher sensitivity of the chat protocol.

Wireless rather than wired connections
Wired connections should always be preferred over wifi.
Poor bandwidth (especially when using video or audio streaming)

Anti-viruses, proxies or firewalls can stand in the way of communication with iAdvize's servers.
Try to deactivate your anti-virus or firewall to see if the connection improves.
