You don't know the answer to a question or you are not available? You can transfer the visitor to a professional agent.
As an expert, you may be confronted to visitor's questions you don't know how to answer.
Whether there is an issue with an order or with a bill, transfer the request to a professional agent is the solution. In this case, you should use the "forward" action.
Where can I find this transfer function?
While you are chatting, click on the icon that you will find on the left side of the chat box. You will see several options such as "Forward a visitor".
How to use the forward option
From the actions menu, click on "Forward this visitor" to open the transfer window:
You'll see agents or experts who are available to chat. Before forwarding the chat, it is recommended to write a short comment to the agent explaining the reason why he is receiving this chat.
The chat will automatically be closed on your side.
Please note that the commission related to this chat will be allocated to its last interlocutor, whether you are paid per chat or on a percentage of the sales.
