If you encounter difficulties logging into the Help Center on your iOS device or when using Safari, it may be due to the 'Prevent cross-site tracking' setting. This setting, enabled by default, blocks certain data preservation during login redirection, which affects the native authentication process.
To resolve this issue:
1. In the desktop Safari browser
- Go to the Safari button in the upper right-hand corner.
- Open Preferences > Privacy.
- Uncheck the checkbox for the Prevent cross-site tracking setting.
2. On mobile iOS devices
- Go to Settings > Safari.
- Scroll down to the Privacy & Security section.
- Toggle the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking setting to off.
