1. How to sign up for ibbü ?

Note :

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Ibbü account.
Be a resident of one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, GA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NY, NE, NC, ND, OH, OK, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WY
Please note you will be asked to verify all legal information in this process.
Be fluent/proficient in a language required in the mission.
Pass the quiz and show that you have a deep understanding/knowledge of products or services offered by the company mission that you are applying to.

To create an Ibbü account :

Go to Ibbü or download the app (IOS/ Android)
Enter your email address, password, basic personal information, spoken languages, and your expertise.
Once registered, you can apply for ibbü missions, once selected, you can initiate your first chat.

Depending on your country of residence (e.g: US) you might need to get a specific legal status before receiving your first remuneration for chatting with ibbü. Click here to learn more about it.

2. Why can’t I sign up for ibbü?

To let us know about any problems you encounter while creating your ibbü account, you can contact us at experts@ibbu.com

3. Why can’t I log in to ibbü?

If you are having trouble with your password, you can reset it on the login page: https://app.ibbu.com/e/login

You cannot access your email address to reset your password

You may contact your email provider to access the email address associated with your ibbü account. For example, the login screen of many email providers offers an option such as Login Problem.

After that, you can follow the steps for resetting your password.

4. Has my ibbü account been deactivated?

If your ibbü account has been deactivated, we have sent you an email notification to inform you about it. In case you haven't received any email from us, please remember to check your spam folder as it might be due to a connectivity issue.

Here are several reasons why your account may have been deactivated:

Inappropriate language
Disrespectful tone
Lack of visitor support
Low customer satisfaction

It corresponds to criteria that are indicated in your ibbü service contract

Why haven’t I heard back after applying for a mission/what is the timeline of applying?

Wondering why you haven't received a response after applying for a mission? Here's the timeline of the application process:

Complete your account creation.
Take the quiz provided.
Upload any required legal documents (mandatory or optional depending on your country of residence, see Formalities & Remuneration).
If you have been selected, you can start your training (note: the selection process can take up to 1 week in certain regions, please be patient we are doing our best to get you a quick answer).
After completing your training you can start your first mission!
