It is crucial for experts to be able to manage conversations properly. Using our simultaneous chat feature allows experts to manage how many conversations they receive at one given time.
By default, your profile will be set to receive one chat at a time. However, with time and ample practice, you may get more efficient. Advanced experts who feel comfortable delivering superior customer experience in more than one conversation may opt to handle up to four conversations at a time.
To do so you can go to Profile ⇾ Simultaneous Chats and select the number of chats that you can receive at the same time.
We always encourage quality of conversations over quantity, so do not handle more as quality conversations results in more sales.
Please keep in mind that we are monitoring chat quality at all times and if we notice a drop in performance or customer satisfaction, we will ask you to decrease the number of simultaneous chats.
